The research project will be led by Prof. Danilo Liarte (IFT-UNESP and ICTP-SAIFR), and will involve exciting recent developments in the areas of statistical physics, disordered systems and condensed matter theory (see\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ictp-saifr.org\/liarte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">http:\/\/www.ictp-saifr.org\/liarte<\/a>\u00a0for additional information).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The selected student(s) will receive a master fellowship according to the current values published at FAPESP\u2019s website. There are also&nbsp;additional funds for travel and other expenses directly related to the research activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested candidates can apply by sending a copy of their CV, transcripts, and contact information of someone who can send a recommendation letter on behalf of the student.
