Particle Theory Program at Fermilab for Latin American Ph.D. students



       Fermilab has a new program for students who are currently in  their, at
least, second year of a theoretical physics Ph.D. program at a  Latin American
University.   Up to two such students will be invited to Fermilab for a
six-month period,  starting between October 2003 and September 2004, to work
with a member of  the Fermilab Theory Group on subjects of mutual
interest. Information  about the Theory Group is available at
http://theory.fnal.gov . Fermilab  will provide salary, accommodation and
medical insurance for the  successful applicants.   Information on the program

       Applicants should send, before October 1 2003, their curriculum vitae, a
description of their research interests, information on their graduate
course grades, and two letters of recommendation (one of the letters must  be
from their Ph.D. advisor who must agree with this possible six-month  stay at
Fermilab as part of their Ph. D. research activities) to:
