Particle Theory Program at Fermilab for Latin American Ph.D. students  Fermilab has a new program for students who are currently in  their, at least, second year of a theoretical physics Ph.D. program at a  Latin American University.  Up to two such students will be invited to Fermilab for a six-month period,  starting between October 2003 and September 2004, to work with a member of  the Fermilab Theory Group on subjects of mutual interest.
