The Brazilian Journal of Physics, formerly named Revista Brasileira de Física, is published by the Brazilian Physical Society (SBF) since 1971. The Editorial Board includes physicists from Brazil and from some  other countries. The Chief Editor, Antonio Sergio Teixeira Pires (UFMG), is supported by a group of Associate Editors working in different areas of physics Carlos Henrique Monken (UFMG), Helio Chachan (UFMG) and Ronald Cintra Shellard (CBPF). The Brazilian Journal of Physics is indexed by SCIELO (Scientific Electronic Library On-line) and by ISI (Science Citation Index of the Institute for Science Information). We invite you to look at our more recent issues and check the new electronic system of access under installation.
