Papers are invited for presentation at a Special Focus Symposium on Theory and Applications of Nano-Technology, Nano-Biomimicry and Biomimetics, which will be part of the 20th International Conference on Systems Research, Informatics and Cybernetics, to be held July 24July 30, 2008, in Baden-Baden, Germany. Submissions should deal with one or more of the following areas in the fields of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology

·        Nanoelectronics including Molecular Electronics and Nanomagnetics

·        Nanofabrication and Nanomanufacturing

·        Remote Control and Guidance of Nanotech Biosystems

·        Spintronics (Metallic, Semiconductor and Carbon Nanotube/ Nanotube Network–based ) including Quantum computing

·        Synergetics in Nanotech BioSystems

 

Papers presented will be published in the special volume of the Proceedings devoted to the symposium; best papers in the opinion of the Honorary Advisory Board will be proposed for publication, possibly in an expanded form, in one of the leading journals specialized in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology

 

The INT – International Nanobiological Testbed Ltd.  (London), according to its mission of developing laboratory results in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology into practical industrial processes, compounds, devices and systems, would particularly welcome papers featuring subjects and perspectives fitting that development

Paper Proposals/Abstracts should be submitted as soon as possible but not later than May 31, 2008, preferably as Word version through e-mail attachment. All submitted papers will be refereed. Those selected will be scheduled for presentation at the symposium and published in the Conference Proceedings as mentioned above. A Notification of Acceptance will be sent to Authors not later than June 30, 2008. The camera-ready full papers, not to exceed 5 single-spaced typed pages should be submitted with photo-ready copies of artwork and with relevant diskettes by July 15th, 2008 to Dr. Salvatore Santoli and Prof. George E. Lasker at the addresses below. The full papers should also be transmitted electronically in MS Word format to
